I just downloaded Second Life, and i open the game and it loads and i see my person and after about 10 seconds of trying to do something then it closes and a second life crash logger appears and asks if i want to send the error thing...any help?

Have you deleted the SecondLife folders and reinstalled from scratch?

What are your computer specs? Video card? CPU? RAM? Are your video card drivers up to date?

The only time this happened to me was when I was trying to run the client in a VMWare machine. The SVGA driver, only choice, doesn't support it so the window simply closes with no warning and no resulting message.
