Sometimes people buy things but the folder doesn't show up in their inventory. But there is a record that the payment went through. I havent encountered it but I know it can happen if I'm in a laggy area. But some of my customers have encountered this. So ... help me out here. Is this an isolated incident or are the asset servers having issues again? In the meantime, what do I tell people? "It's not me, it's not you, it's the lag." Has been my mantra for a while now. And how can this be avoided? Should I pull my stuff out of malls and any other place that has the ev0l lag? I can't log in every hour or whenever this happens. Some people need to sleep.  Sorry for the snarkiness. I'm half-awake.  P.S. One incident happened in Butsu. And there's barely anything in Butsu right now. |

I had a customer IM yesterday, she had bought a piano from a regular box set to sell contents and recived the folder and the notecard but no items!?!?
Granted Grindlewald where my shop is, is often laggy, but the only time before i have had item sales missing was a piece of clothing, and she didnt get the folder at all.
I had a friend of mine do a test buy after that and it worked fine, so i know its not the box or the items.

I used to get something like that. The folders would only show up after relogging.

Actually, oddly enough I had that happen at your Butsu shop two different times. I closed inventory, waited a minute and the items showed up. Butsu has been very laggy lately though. Even when I'm the only green dot on the sim.  (I live within sight of your store, thus why I know it was that location. I'm not a stalker...really.  ) So yeah, just blame it on Butsu.  -Sunshine |

I had an object show up 4 hours and several relogs later back in Nov. Then I was only a couple days in game. Now if it doesn't show up right away i just wait and sooner or later it comes to me. Keep up the mantra... It's not you, it's not me, its LAG!!!

I will also confirm the strange behavior, and that items may likely show up after relogging once (or more). Something similar also effects items in the Lost & Found folder: I once had 100+ watermelon slices return to me, and only a certain bunch of them showed up until I deleted some, or relogged. |
