Support Ticket Turnaround

Generally, what is the typical turnaround time on a support ticket? I asked for an island name change 10 days ago and the ticket hasn't been looked at (status is "new";).

I'm not complaining, just wondering if this is typical for support tickets.

No, this is not typical, especially being a concierge customer you should have access to live chat. I would inquire there about your ticket (have ticket # ready), and ask for an ETA.
