Could someone try to recreate this problem.
Have a friend create an object, set FULL next owner permissions and give it to you. Then while it's in your inventory, you set the next owner permissions to NO MOD, NO COPY, TRANSFER.
Put it on the ground..
Do you have MOD AND COPY priveledges?
If not, set next owner permissions to mod/copy/transfer
put it on the ground

in my case, unless I set next owner permissions to the ones -I- want before I drag it out of inventory I do not get the full priviledges the previous owner set for me.
Perhaps a bug or something I'm doing? Please try and let me know.
It only happens to me with full permission objects given to me by someone else.
