Second life cannot be accessed from this computer

Help! Yesterday second life crashed and ever since i try to log on and i get the message that second life cannot be accessed from this computer. I submitted a ticket and tech support got on it but couldn't figure it out and had to pass it up the line and no word from them yet...any one else ever have this type of error message or have any idea how long it takes them to get back to you when it gets passed on up like this? We have two computers here and two separate accounts and both have same issue but had friends log us in at their house so no account problems, have tried everything here just wondering how long my withdrawl is gonna last.
