Sim is messed up!

Hi... my alt is standing in a sim that is really messed up. Two friends are standing next to her who have logged out - almost an hour ago i think. They're still standing there and can't log back in. There are at LEAST six more avis in sight who have been the same way at least as long. Can anyone help? Her location is Shibuya, 184, 159, 22... There used to be a way to call for help inworld, is that function gone now?

Send an IM to each of the ghosts you see standing around, this should nudge the server enough to acknowledge they're logged out and sort the problem out allowing them to log back in again.

Yeah, I tried that with both of my friends, several times, but nothing happened. I haven't logged in yet to see if it resolved itself. About to now. Thank you for replying though
