MY account has been hit by texture spam i cannot get rid of it i contacted the lindens on the day at happened still no help!! what is going on there ??? 4 days and no help !!! when i sign on to my account i get bombarded with texture snapshots i cannot do anything onmy account please help me SOMEONE!!

There are griefer tools out there that will do that. If it happens every time you try to log in, chances are one of those is placed at your last location. It is probably that location that is getting spammed (and thereby every avatar at that location), not your account itself. Try logging into a different location by selecting 'home' or typing the name of a region in your login screen before you hit 'connect'.

Quick way to remove the spam

Most texture spammers use just one image and send it a few hundred times using slave scripts. Just ignore them, go straight into your textures folder, find out the name of the texture (wont be hard as they'll be many named the same excatly) Push Shift at the 1st one you come to, then scroll down to the last one and push Shift again. they'll all br highlighted now, simply push Delete and they'll all dissapear instantly from your screen and from the folder  |
