IT has been over five hours since SL logon has been down. And there has not been at update on this issue for that entire time.
For a company to be so lacking in basic public relations skill is discouraging. Why can't a company rep post on this thread with an update on what is happening?
Also, when one tries to logon one is directed to the website where no new information has been provided all day. This is unacceptable for any business that expects to thrive.

I saw an update...they are working on the issue....still...and are addressing the inventory error thing...They are sorry for the trouble this may have caused..blah blah blah..

Yup still working on it, but you have to ask yourself or them, Wth happened that was so bad that it caused this on turkey giving eve? just starting to find some method to this madness cause now its bad.... it has been more than that. [3:59 PM PST] [Update] The Ops team is still working on restoring logins for some Second Life Residents. Some residents have reported the error: “Inventory system is currently unavailable.” upon attempting to log in. This issue is also being addressed. Further updates will be posted here as information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
