I have been told by many of you responding to my help ad, to go to Application Data for Second Life and delete it for a fresh install. The only problem is I dont have any SL file under Application Data. I am wondering where else it might be. It is not there before or after the uninstall. Thx again for all your help guys ^ ^

C:\Documents and Settings\<WinXP Account Name>\Application Data\SecondLife
If you are unable to locate it, either the folder does not exist, or it's hidden.
Just to make sure, simply execute SecondLife, and attempt to login. This should create the directories for you in the application data.
