About 2pm game time I started having 100% packet loss, I signed out and when I returned I was unable to move, or chat in a main window and to chat in a IM was very slow...as of 3:30am game time I still can't ....Is this a new bug or what? Everything was fine before that...Please Help me...

I'd suspect that Second Life's internet connection is being blocked, typically by something on your own network.
Are you using wireless networking? If so, have you tried using a direct wired connection? Also, are you using any internet security or firewall software? If so, have you tried disabling it to see if it is interfering with Second Life access?
