Issues updating payment method...

After trying for 45 minutes I tire of it, I put in my payment info, it says wait a few minutes to update the information... it shows my card type on my account summery, then it tells me I have no payment info on file. Whats up???

P.S. I seen this issue posted once already without any help at all. If issue goes unresolved, consider this paying member gone from SL.

I've heard of this happening before Krystal and it looks like you've been unlucky. You can either remove and re-add the payment method, to see if the database details are updated this time, but if you still have no luck, I'm afraid you'll have to call LL and give them a nudge.

It sucks, I know. :(
