ok I have a lot of issues
first asset server speed of uploads, my stuff uploads at at rate of about 1 item every 2 mins, with 2000 items do the math, also i have items missing from my inventory
next Rezzing issues I can tp some where and 30 mins later the place still has NOT rezzed its not lag issue its the place just simply stalls thanks to teh asset server taking hours to upload stuff to me
next in IM and group chat my name is not being sent so people do not know who they are talking to
Cam postition I can be stood at a location like the slingo game in pruni but my cam and my cords are at 10, 10 10 I can talk to those at the slingo game but not see the place or get my cam back (pressing escape doesnt do a thing as i am NOT in mouse look, my cam has been dragged accroos the sim) I am stood and talking to people at cords 168,219,117 but my cam is showing cords as being 10,10,10
my drivers are ALL upto date hell i am sick of the stock 3 fixes live help is giving me clear your cache update your drivers reboot your connection, i did all those a month ago its not going to help, hell i had one guy on livehelp who tried to make me beleave that MY drivers were affecting the way my image was being displayed on HIS box...sorry but it doesnt work that way and after those comments i smiled politly and tuned out on his conversation as he had just shown he knew NOTHING about how puters work (please get staff who actuly know how machines work onto the live help)
let me puyt it this way I have a Mac brand new, I have a desktop PC with windows xp and i also have a laptop running the nix client, that is 3 different machines with differnet cards and operationg systems and i get exactly the same problems on ALL three machines, that rules out that it is a problem on my end.
I personly think that the user files of my account on teh SL machines have been corrupted some how and that until some one either resets them or fixes them I twill have no fun on SL as i cant go any where or do anything
it takes me 2 hours of repteeded tp'ing just to tp into another sim, i can arrive over and over and have my cam left behind in the sim i left, I also can not move fly or anything, if my cam comes with me i am stuck and if i try to sit on an object i crash
Please can some one ehlp me as i am glad i am not paying to use SL as i would have cancled my membership by now if I was with teh customer service and support i have been given
