Since Live Help didn't help, I'll try this...

I can hear sound...sometimes...Typing, streaming music and all. Then it just seems to disappear. I try re-logging... It doesn't help.... What's wrong with my SL?

This may seem silly but have you tried it in a different sim, I'm trying to track this down too, its abit too random and only a reboot seems to fix it, although it could be just the amount of time i've been logged off inbetween, as my soundcard is still working after i leave sl.
