well actualy its an acellerator.. go to downloads> drivers and utilities> Ati drivers> Windows Vista (choose 32/64 version)> Intergrated/Motherboard> 1150 .. then click GO .. choose your download and there you go.. works perfect for me

worked for me so should work for you .. if you got the same laptop as i do
mine is a Dell inspiron 1501 , 2gb ram and well you know the graphics card, then you should be fine
