Grid up but cannot connect. |

I'm dead on arrival. I installed cleanly and my network connections work in general. I can chat on other apps fine. When I launch, I get as far as "waiting for region handshake..." and then "cannot conect" message. Checked forums. Found grid link. The grid is UP and running. So, how do I solve this?

Sorry to hear you're having problems Nick--if you're still unable to connect, please check to see if you need to reconfigure your firewall:
