I am opening a club on March 27th and have purchased my own audio stream (or will be this evening). I have audio files to upload. I have a mic. What I need is an inexpensive, relatively easy to use, software to put the live voice and organize the audio files into the stream. I don't want to use a premade stream. My club will be highly dependent on unique audio files. Yes there will be some music too, but mostly it will be unique audio.

Can someone advise?

Thanks in advance!

Greetings, your stream has to be a Shoutcast server, and if you want a free solution for streaming, you can use winamp www.winamp.com and the shoutcast plugin at www.shoutcast.com hope this helps

If you get stuck there is a handy page here on streaming music in second life, including steps for setting up winamp + shoutcast plugin that Nicole mentions.
