Odd Rendering

Is anyone else getting this type of rendering problem ? The pic below is actually a flat surface of five parts - with trim around it. The flat part is disappearing and reveals the trim or the side of the adjoining piece.

The texture have any alpha in it?, can easy be odd flickering then, even if its a tiny alpha.

Well, they were free marble textures and apparently they were ALL bugged with an alpha channel problem. I switched to a different group of textures and they were fine. Thanks for the suggestion.
