I'm using an ASUS S96J notebook with an ATi Mobility X1600 and could not run SL with ASUS or INTEL's drivers because they refuse to do anything about the broken openGL issues with their drivers. So if you're like me, who needs working drivers that REALLY get the job done, this place is right for you. It's not a forced driver install so it wont mess with your system, it's simply patched to be universal. Been using this for a little while now with no issues whatsoever. I hope this helps someone.

Another option is to use the Omega drivers http://www.omegadrivers.net/ which not only work on all ATI graphics cards (mobile and desktop), but they are also pre-tuned for better graphics and speed.

I have been using them for the past couple of years on my laptop, and they have worked great.
