I discovered an interesting thing today, wondered if anyone else had experienced it. Friends list shows a friend online, I log in and see friend there... IM but no response, can see friend on map but could not tp to the sim. I see friend log offline, then see friend log back online, multiple times. The friend in RL was no where near a computer so truly had no ability to log on or off and was not on to begin with.
Anyone else experience this???

Based on the number of other threads asking this same questions, I would say that you're probably not alone.
Check the blog - SL is unhappy right now.

Yes I have checked the blog and see SL is very unhappy.... but can it show someone logging on and off even if they are not?

There are so many zombies in sl right now. I think thats why there are so many people logged in. I've noticed that if you do manage to login and you crash/loggout there is no getting back in and your avatar stays in world. It's really strange. I've been stuck in the same sim for 3 hours and there are about 26 other people here who are all dead or not responding. So in my spare time i've rounded them up and put them into a Zombie Pit.
