my friend is using a basic account... you know... the FREE one...
she cant log in cos her account has been frozen due to non payment... so she tried to enter a credit card .... about 15 times ... with NO SUCCESS!!!
WHY DO THEY NEED TO CHARGE A CREDIT CARD FOR A BASIC ACCOUNT!?!?

has anyone ever actually received an email from anyone running this game when they use the "contact us" button???
i've sent about 3 emails and have got jack sh*t in reply. i bet they dont give a stuff about problems, as long as they rake in the cash from premium members. one of my friends has lost her first account when the password change happened cos she couldn get a reply from the mugs who run this game... and as for the phone numbers they list for tech support... what the hell do you ring when youre in australia. she rang the numbers and one had nothing to do with second life and the other number she couldnt get any response from.
as i said before... as long as premium members keep pumping cash into the lindenlab accounts... the 'free' basic accounts get screwed to the wall in every way possible
