Despite the rumors and talkings. I thought that 1.7 gave the avatars new joint movements like fingers, or for furs to sway their tails as they walk. Nothing is happening. Was it just a rumor? I was looking forward to 1.7 so my fingers can do extra movements. Nothing new :/ New CON : is blurryness of the textures (which I have suggested something in another thread) I understand that everyone's is being fixed slowly. I'll be patient but my eyes might not be? Hmmm. New CON : the long uploading of stuff at the start and as you play the game.. >.@ New PRO : things seem faster as I walk around  *waiting for this game to improve, wanting this to be worth my money to pay as i play * ;~;

Not a rumor, but the implementation is diff. than what you may be thinking of. See source threads like this: HOLY COW -- Moving Attachments In 1.7 Preview!! /108/8e/60165/1.html

Its scripts I believe.. So to make animations you need to know your way around a compatible animation program really, and to make a tail sway you'd need scripting knowledge/help. GL

Those finger improvements you mentioned are specific to avatars and meshes. And since you're deaf, I can understand... I am hearing-impaired of a different sort, but like subtitles in my movies nonetheless. To make a tail sway—which would be, rotating an attachment, which is different from avatar fine movements—I haven't seen a formal tutorial yet but my recommendation is CONTACT BEATFOX XEVIOUS who started that thread. He's friendly! Easiest way to do it is search your inv for the "Rotation Script", put that in a cube, and then wear it. You'll see it move. That's the basic idea. IT'S THAT EASY!!!

Okeydoke Kirsi I saw you online and sent you a spinny cube. Just wear that and you'll see how easy it is.

For Poser tutorials see this @ SLUniverse: http://www.sluniverse.com/kb/?cNode=5O3W1Y and use Search a lot on the SL Forums. There's tons of good knowledge, sometimes it can be hard to find but what you learn is yours to keep.
