Seems that on one of the older versions, I could find the screen capture file that SL used for logging on to *Last Location*. I found it helpful to remind me where I was when I crashed or logged off after a wild and crazy evening in world. I've checked my local SL folders for the new version and can't locate that graphic. So -- Can someone tell me how to get a peek at the image if it is stored on my computer. (I'm convinced it must be). Also, I often log in to my home location (poor landless me), and I hate the way I bump along under the roof while trying to get down off that damned totem thingy at the TS. It just aint cool! Is it possible to tweak the home location coords in my computer files to put me a couple of meters away, or is that info stored on line? My SL app is in my PC's program files, on C: Easy to see what my programming level is

All Right!!! So nice to get a fast reply with a solution!!! (mile-wide grin) Also, I see the settings file with lots of obvious stuff, and some not so obvious. One thing I don't see is the coords for home station. Sure would like to tweak that. I can't help but wonder what would happen if I changed my first name in that file and tried to log on? It's a real temptation. Like, if I could log on with different name, it might be interesting. I'm afraid to experiment, but like I said, sure is tempting ... Update-- haahh --- Well now I know what happens if I change my name... SL catches the error Oh well, now I know
