I noticed since last night I can't copy my own items, and I mean even ones I created from A to Z with my own textures, and can't edit them either (for example I tried to add something in the description and I couldnt even do that it didnt stick), anyone else has the same issue?

Probably not getting object information fast enough from server, and anything you do wont stick, solution , try another day -.- happens or another sim.

this is happening to me too,
not lagging, tried in several sims,
cant copy supposedly copiable items using copy/paste from the inventory menu
two work arounds,
1) copy and then ctrl+v still works
2) add the items to a prim and drag them from there instead

Happening to me too and i posted a thread but no one replied. I've tried it in various sims, at various times, nothing copies or pastes for me anymore.

I bug reported this and was told it is a known bug.
Not a fixed bug. 
A known one.
