Multiple PC for one accoutn

I am not sure if this is the right place for this question but anyway here it goes:

Is it possible to play with one account (avatar) in different PC's (not in simultaneous) ?

Another related question:

Is any information stored in the PC ? I mean, if I replace my PC, do I need to copy anything from the old to the new PC (besides installing the game itself) to avoid loosing anything ?

No : info is stored online, so use whatever you want to.
