Can't Log In

I have contacted tech support by email and have tried everything they have asked me to do. It seem every time I try to log into second life I get to the point where it says second life may appear frozen and then it waits and then says despite our best efforts blah blah blah.. please send a note to support with the log file. Now I have done that twice. And still can not get in. I am using a desktop computer with Windows XP Pro on it. I have absolutly no firewalls. (The firewall from the windows program itself is not on it is disabled) and I have turned my McCafee Vrus scan off. And still I cant log in. I have tried moving my log in location to Home and to Last loacation. I even tried the

theroy again stil not working for me. I am not on any wireless connections. I am at a loss as to what I can do. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I love second life and have a few friends in there and can't play with them unless for some reason god wants me to. I can log in every blue moon. I have been a member of second life for a couple weeks. (3?) and have gotten in a whole maybe 4 times. I try logging in at least once a day to no avail =(

Can anyone help a confused soul in Ohio??

Your computer specs and internet speeds and such would be very helpful here. Are you using a router and have you tried a direct connection to the modem?
