As i understand it cache is ment to work in a way that allows you to load previously visited area's faster, and also things like textures and other things, yet for me atleast it seems to do nothing.
Textures take ages to load... area's i go to frequently take ages.. my clothes take a while.. and so on.
Is their a reason for this ?
Could it be something with my system ?
Can someone suggest a starting point for solving this problem
