Ok looking for some experts,
My screen will get so dark at night in game. I can not see anything. I was told to hold down ctrl + alt + D , I have done this and I get nothing. I have never been able to get the Debug menu. Could this be related to my video card? I am currently seeking to replace it , ASAP. But not sure if that would keep me from getting the debug menu.
Any Suggestions??
Thanks,
Darcy

control-alt-D works for me. there's a setting in the regular preferences to make night time brighter. under Display or Options i think.

To bring up the Debug is Ctrl + Alt + D but some people have to add the shift key also. You don't have to hold it, just touch all three (or four) together. Once the Debug is up then you can touch Alt + N to bring up daylight.

The Debug has to be brought up everytime you install Second Life.

If your screen is overly dark try changing the gamma in Preferances on the Options tab. I always scroll mine down to 0.80, it brightens things up a tad.
