Not sure if this is the best place...but how many people can be in a sim before it is deemed full?

ive been told unoffically from a linden
30-50 for mainland sims and upto 100 maby even more on islands
during our disscussion tho it was stated for a mainland sim to hold 50 ppl it would have to be a damn magical sim so expect 30, and for islands to hold that many it would have to be completley barren of prims and scripts (including attachments)
givien this percice information i usually aim for 30, which is what most ppl will tell you
