I have had customers complain about this but just experienced it myself today. I bought some beautiful plants from Heart Gardens and when I dragged them onto the ground they poofed from my inventory and then...nothing.

I got a message several moments later that said the object could not be rezzed...but where dd they go??? I relogged, then searched high and searched low....nothing.

What is this bug called? Hope it gets fixed soon LOL.

Welcome to the club, MadamG. After taking a few hours to calm down after discovering yet more of my things gone and seeing no apparent help on the horizon, I logged into JIRA (using my in game name and password) and found the following...

SVC-114

Although it says to NOT report "Inventory Loss" in JIRA, this issue seems to be the over-arching "Inventory Loss" issue open right now in JIRA and you can vote for it. My suggestion is that you and everyone else login to JIRA and visit that link and vote on it. It shows as a critical bug and is open.

I am still looking for another one that is similar to this "Missing from database" or similar to mine, but perhaps this is the "cover-all?"

I have since long time back an account in my hearth for things that disapear that way... I have no longer a list on them... I never send a repport.. I only remember it happens and get sad...

It has happened to me with some very expensive tree's I bought.. Also a pot bellied stove i had made for my house.. saved it to invo, then when I went to pull it out, even though it was copy, it just poofed.. so a couple hours of work just gone..

Local News In Los Angeles Covering SL

I just saw a lead-in for one of the major TV networks affiliate stations here in the Los Angeles area (NBC) (http://nbc4.tv) doing a story about SL on their 11pm (US/Pacific) on news broadcast on 1 May. I made certain to point out to them in an e-mail, issues of this sort where our money is being flushed down the SL Black Hole with no apparent resolution in sight.

I had this problem many times. Lost about 20.000L in goods just because of this bug. Nothing from clearing cache or looking under the floor helped.

Refund? Hahahahahaha!

Drop prim, poof gone been there,

Ask whoever you bought it for a replacement usually work, rarly if it was a transfer item tho -.-

/boycots anything with no copy or transfer, SL is way to unstable for it!

This isnt creator fault its SL, but id rather be off the safe side since lost way over 40k L$
