I have an emachines T2200 and while I'm trying to log in to SL (after giving my name and password) I get a message that SL "appears to be frozen" or something like that. The crash logger comes on and then nothing.
I looked through the technical forum and saw something about "a log file (located in C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Application Data\Second Life\Logs)
I see no such log file
Please help.

First thing that hit me when i looked this pc up Shared Video Memory:8 MB uhu.... what vid card are you using on this pc?, cause you need least ati/nvidia 32 (har make that 64mb) vid card to start/enter SL Also always a bad sign when they dont even list what the onboard vid card is.
