For the last 3 hours every time he logs in, he is in a black hole with water as far as the eye can see. He's cleared cache, logged into to at least 15 different sims, even been teleported around by me, with no luck. ( I can see him come when he TPs, but he just sees water still. He can see the chat but nothing else. )
So we've cleared cache numerous times, checked internet, and even reinstalled. With no results. He is on the mac client, and I believe he does have an update available, but when he tries to update it, it tells him it will be an eta of 3 hours to get the download. Keep in mind he was on all day earlier today with no issue.
Is there anything else he can try while we wait for this update to DL? It's very frustrating as I need him to finish a project! Any help is greatly appreciated
