So I try for like an hour, get on, it crashes... which it normally never does, now what.. try again for another hour?
"The database server is under a severe load" ... well what changed? Same people are on today as they were yesterday. I pay.. how much per month? To ... not play?

You know, I really, really have wondered about that claim.
I just yesterday received a statistical report on Second Life users. If I'm not mistaken, they've lost something like 5,000 users over the past 2 months. Despite their claims of 35,000 users... only 1,500 appear to be regularly active.
So how much server power does it take to handle 1,500 users?
I wonder how long Yahoo or Google would last if it took their users 30 minutes to log on?
