New version not working.

Hello I am hoping I can get some help. After the new version download I am stuck in an endless loop of having to redownload the same patch over and over. I tried uninstalling the game and downloading the latest full version and reinstalling it only to find the same problem. I see some others are having similar problems, is there any answers to this problem?

I am running Windows Vista.

Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

Your not alone. Same here. I have about 28 files that wont install yet it says its installed then when I try to log in it says have to update.

vista-ati user here, here is what i have done and sl is (touch wood) working so far.

- download new version twice in 2 separate locations (why? just to be sure, sometimes downloading is incomplete but reported as complete). one via the Download button, one via Save Target As
- uninstall completely previous version
- install new version (take the one with the file size that tally with that from download page)
- remember to enter your password when logging in (some might remove it due to the security issue)
