Where did you find you NVIDIA firewall Torley? I can't find it anywhere! I turned off my primary firewall and still. Do I just turn off security in general?

Hey Joker--it was particular to my computer because I have an NVIDIA motherboard. Your specifics may differ--I'll move this to Technical Issues but there is likely something on your computer corrupting your Second Life downloads, so you'd need to turn that off, even momentarily to test.
