Now you the Lindens are hardly online at all and will not help the community. And they leave one maybe two people to help. So half the time you use the help feature no one answers. I asked on the chat if there was an error with the system cause I was trying to buy stuff off the stores in game and the system is not responding.

Are you using the First View client? There are reports of not being able to buy when running it. If so just run your regular viewer and you should be fine.
