I upgraded to premium, and started shopping for First Land. I can't seem to find any. Several experienced residents have tried to advise me, and they get the same result.
Database query bug?
Search/Land/First Land
none found
Search/Land/Area =512, Price = 512
none found

There are occasions when no First Land is availalble. Mondays seem to be the worst, because it often all gets bought over the weekend.
Be patient. LL will make more.
