"Unable to load gestures"

Ok, I've had log-in issues for about a week now. I have uninstalled SL, and re-downloaded. As soon as I log-in, I have no body, my surroundings are pretty much invisble or rather I personally cannot see them from my end and as soon as " Unable to load gestures" appears on bottom right hand corner... I crash. ( which btw is seconds or a minute into game)

Any suggestions or advice on what my next move can be to make this work properly or should I merely wait for new update... yet again?
