nvidia settings and lag

Somewhere recently, I think inworld, I saw some instructions on what settings to use on an Nvidia video card to minimize lag. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, could you post them here or describe where to find them?

Yes, Trixie Therian had some graphics that basically showed the settings at the lowest settings, you should find these explained in the forums too, draw distance on lowest etc
