Hi all, I want to know about ways for charging account. I don't have any credit cards and PayPal(because problems with russian providers) Maybe I may do it with webmoney? plz

PayPal is bad for anyone in any country as they are corrupt and steal from bank accounts. I do hope you can get a credit card somehow, as that is presently the only other way, even just to get a free account.
