SL will not work properly

Hi, I am new and I have a great PC, but sadly the graphics card isn't the greatest. I mean it is the intel graphics card that is pretty much built in. The textures don't load on my avatar and when I go into appearance textures tend to switch and continue to go randomly through numberous amounts of textures.
