The Mini-Map is showing dark splotches behind my flight path. It is intermittent and unlike anything I have noticed before. Anyone else notice this? This is happening on Help Island and the OIs.

I noticed this a little bit ago. I was flying around, a plague of dark splotches began radiating from my dot on the minimap and I became immobile. Had to eject at high altitude.

The black trail is still forming on the mini-map.
You don't supposed this was an attempt to make it possible for us to find our way home, like leaving crumbs along the trail in a fairy tale?
"Hey new guy, since you don't know how to implement Havoc 2 or make the sim border crossings work reliably, what can you do?"
"I can make black trails on the mini-map."
"Great, get to it!"

That's great. Will it help me determine where my vehicle is after getting unceremoniously ejecting during high speed maneuvers?
