Is it justme? crahs req update again, TPs t o ?

Twice now since 1.7 came out ihave crashed and the game made me redown load the entire game saying it was necesary is this going to happen evrytime you crash? Everyintg as oke with for a time, the lag crept in but very strange were miy sipel point to pint teleports on my land with simple telepoter. 1 teleport sent me instantly 4092 m arriving upside down in the air. A short time later another tp eteleported me 3 sims away and arrived sideways in the air., the seconde one still showed me on my land but big map showed other wise, when i relogged i was inthe corenr of another sim, what is going on to cause that?
