Curly Prim Hair is Not Rezzing

Curly Prim Hair is Not Rezzing - for me and a close friend in both blondes and pinks, and its not on certain sims only, and we've already cleared cache, and we've already talked to live help and the creator(s). its been going on for roughly a month now.

are we the only ones experiencing this? frustrating the heck outta me because i've spent a freaking ton of lindens on curly hair and can officially not wear any of it. seems to be torus based curls, whether they look like a tight little ringlets or wavy strands of hair.
