Login problems before update

I'm trying to connect from my laptop, at a work IP-address (shhh..). Login and initializing Quick time go alright, but when I hit "Waiting for region handshake" it freezes and I get kicked out, saying "Unable to connect. Login packet never received by login server." I've tried connecting several times in the last hour, and to different locations, but I just can't get in. I also contacted support, but they won't reply until office hours...



EDIT: I forgot that we also have a hardware firewall at work, which must've stopped all the packages. Kinda slipped my mind..lol. So problem solved
