I have problems with change a starting amount of Linden$... Please somebody help...

I would like to buy Linden$, and I read that Lindex can charge my US$ balance of my account for changing.
quote: "If you have a credit on your US$ account balance that credit will be applied first."

Therefore I filled my account balance with US$ 25 (the minimum amount to transfer from credit card to Account balance) from my credit card.

Then I tried to buy Linden$ from my Account balance, and I couldn't do that.

If I try to buy Linden$s, the system automatically tries to charge my credit card instead my account balance. Then the system say that it is not possible to pay with my credit card because the monthly limit of 25$.

But I DONT want to pay with my credit card, I would like to pay from my account. It does not exceeds my 25$ monthly limit because I only paid 25$ at all from my credit card. And this $25 is that amount that I would like to spent to buy Linden$s

Id Est according to the written texts of Second Life home page: If I have credits on my US$ account and I want to buy Linden$s than the system must charge my account and not my credit card, and the monthly purchase limit of $25 is inoperative for this transaction.

What should I do if I would like to buy Linden$ and I cannot be able to do that, and I did NOT exceed my limits. I just transfered US$25 to my account and I would like to change only 10 to Linden$s.

ANd on limits page, what is the reason of that I marked as 0-1 day resident, while I'm 4-5 days old?

Here is the error message I get:
We are unable to complete your request.
"• This transaction would exceed your monthly billing limit by US$7.82. You have already billed US$25.00 of your monthly billing limit is US$25.00. "

and on account info it visible that I have US$ balance on my account:
Linden Dollar balance: L$0
US Dollar balance: US$25.00
I did not change Linden$ yet, therefore I did not exceeds the US$ 10 L$ changing limit. I only want to change about 1000-2000 L$

How can I buy Linden$ from my account balance???

The 0-1 day means teh amount of time you have had your credit card info on file, not the age of your avatar.

you should be able to click on the Buy L$ on the left side of your "my account page" On that page is should show your L balance and $ balance. From there when you buy L is should take it from your $ balance. Mine works that way anway.

Yes, Shanny, I tried that. I see my L and $ balance as well, and it shows up, that I have 25$ on my account, but if I want to by for example 2000 L then click to the buy button, then it opens a page with that:



And if I click on the button, the system say that I reach my 25$ monthly limit and I cannot buy anything with my credit card...

And there is no support for me when I could be able to post this error for a technician..... I live in Hungary so the phone support is not too preferable for me....

It works now.
In the meantime they raised my limits, and I realize the way of Buy Linden$ at a Specific price, and that way the system use my US$ balance.
So I'm a millionaire now. hehehe.
