Uhh... Errr... this Rebuild thing is making my client freeze for half a second about every three seconds, but it only happens when looking (presumably) at some unidentifiable object in the NE quadrant of Seacliff.
Anyone have any ideas?

I seem to get that randomly after me or someone else has been into appearance, but only when looking back at certain things... like running water textures.

i've seen that off and on... mebbe once every few weeks back a few months ago... never was able to figure out exactly what it was but its definately not just your client
