I started the day before yesterday here and don't fully understand things yet but i had to reinstall due to a problem earler with my system. now when i try and open (in true color - 32 bit - 1024x76  it tells me "can't set pixel format" and shuts down from where it was. what happened? can anybody help? it ran in high color - 16bit - 1024x768 yesterday =\ today it said it needed 32 bit true color *confused* help please! alo when i was in the game yesterday, apperently only on my end my clothing and skin colors kept changing randomly every few seconds. i'm fairly sure it's something weird on my end but can anybody tell me what exsatly caused it so i can fix it? any help would be much appreciated. thanks. |

set your desktop to 32bit, what card are you using if you cant set that then SL performance will be quite slow.
start/run/dxdiag , to find out if you dont know what you have.
SL is very picky on vid cards and drivers, if youre on a intel vid card youre out of luck, sounds like oddness with colors might be one of those.
