That looks like a network problem. The Loading... in your L$ display could be caused by either network or database problems, but your location (10, 10, 10) in that sim is below the ground level in that spot (it's water there, but the ground is at about 15m).

If you have a wireless connection, try wired to see if interference is happening. Give whatever routers and other boxes that connect you to the Internet a power cycle, and if you have DSL you might also benefit from unplugging the phone cable for a minute or so, to make sure the local telco equipment gets the hint.
