Can't log in

Resident since last year, didn't changed anything at my PC (old, but trustworthy), and today crashed (again) and then "Despite our best efforts...:" can't get back in since an hour, despite repeated attempts. tried other regions at login as well, or logging in at home. Deinstalled SL, deleted the whole directory afterwards, cleard my Temp-folders, donwloaded both clients. First look won't run (just crashed at startup), and newly installed SL replies again "Despite or best efforts..."  . Grid is up and running. Newly installed version is the same i used for the last 14 days. Anyone have an idea? Regards. |

SL is doing a rolling restart, which caused the grid to crash and burn.

... as i said I tried to login into several other regions as well.
Now sometimes I do get the message that the DNS couldn't resolve the host. I haven't tinkered with my Firewall and am sure SL can connect, checked the logs to be sure.
Now I'm wondering wether my ISP has DNS problems, but then, I still can login here and browse :-/

I can't log in either. Got a response blaming it on the wider internet, but I have my doubts.

Same here, though i perfectly can log into the Beta Grid. I agree it eventually is some internet issue, some major switch eventually is down, but who knows.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are general internet issues affecting login at this time that is out of our control. It seems to be affecting mostly European customers. The only thing we can suggest is to try again in a couple hours.
