k i reinstalled SL cause i could not rezz well thinking it could help but then.... as i put in my username and password it says Login failed make sure you username and passowrd is right.... i know it is right my caps lock is not opn plz help i cannot log in!!!

I think your username is also case sensitive, so you might double check that. If it still does not work, you might try emailing customer support at [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]
